Serving Cambria County and Western Pennsylvania

Our Mission
Pelvic Rehab, Redefined
We exist to provide earlier access, consistent support, and comprehensive pelvic and core care throughout every stage of life. By integrating pelvic health into routine wellness—much like primary care—we are building a movement that meets people where they are and grows with them as their bodies and needs change.
Our Values
Our core values are deeply rooted in our faith and represent the heart of why we do what we do. We believe that this work matters, that we serve with purpose, and that nobody does this alone.
Matthew 6:33
We seek first – allowing His truth to shape our purpose, priorities, and care.
“But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.”
James 1:5
We seek God’s wisdom with humility as we serve, lead, and make decisions.
“If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you.”
Colossians 3:23
We serve every patient with excellence, working wholeheartedly for the Lord.
“Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters, since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward. It is the Lord Christ you are serving.”
Proverbs 27:17
We encourage, challenge, and sharpen one another in love to grow stronger together.
“As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another.”

Outside of work, Courtney loves spending time with her fiancé and family. She enjoys being outdoors - hiking, biking, kayaking and traveling whenever possible.
This has not been my typical doctor or PT experience. Sara takes the time to listen to my concerns and tailors treatment to my needs. I have gained strength, healing, and understanding. Sara is very knowledgeable. To top it off she creates a very comfortable environment.
Not only does Sara provide relief, help, and encouragement, I also appreciate the extra time she took to educate me. I'm convinced that if you are a mama - she can help you, even if you just assumed certain things are a "normal" part of aging. She gets results quickly. Don't delay - schedule with her today!
I had tailbone pain after delivering my baby 2 years ago. After being told that nothing could be done, I decided to try pelvic physical therapy. After working with Sara, I can finally sit without having pain! I highly recommend seeing her as soon as possible after having a baby.
